3️⃣Receive Your Pre-Reservation Confirmation
After signing up, you will get an email in a few hours to sign a letter of intent to buy the technology you chose. We guarantee the best market price, the same as big hotel chains get. After that, your participation will be confirmed, and we will give you a code to secure your spot. You’ll also have the flexibility to withdraw at any time before the purchase is finalized. But you won’t be considered part of the group purchase until you sign a letter of intent to purchase the technology once the group reaches the required number of participants. This ensures that cancellations don’t negatively affect the other independent hotels already enrolled on the same group purchase.
Finally wait for the Group to Fill Up
Simply wait until the required number of participants in your collective group purchase is reached. Once the threshold is met, the purchase will be processed, and everyone involved will benefit from the special discounted group rate.
Each group purchase requires a minimum number of participants to move forward. For example, if a group needs 10 hotels and already has 7 (7/10), that means 3 more are needed to proceed. Once the group reaches full capacity (10/10), the purchase is confirmed, and all participating businesses secure the exclusive negotiated price.
